Will my jewellery arrive safely
Every order we receive will be carefully wrapped with love and attention. Your jewellery will be wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a lovely re-usable ivory coloured zipper pouch along with our little thank-you card. Your order will then be placed in a padded envelope all ready for posting.
Postage is free. However, if you wish your order to be tracked, we charge a very reasonable £2.95. Just pick which option you require at checkout
What is 18k PVD plated gold stainless steel jewellery
18k Gold PVD means a piece of jewellery has layers of 18k gold bonded to a base metal (stainless steel) using a process called Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD)
Unlike traditional gold plating, PVD uses a vacuum process to create a much stronger bond between the gold coating and the stainless steel. This makes it -

- More resistant to tarnishing and fading
- Hypoallergenic (Ideal for most sensitive skin)
- Longer lasting than standard gold plating
This method allows the jewellery to be totally waterproof and won't tarnish or fade. You can swim, exercise and shower. And our jewellery is hypoallergenic and totally safe.

What is your return policy
You can exchange your item within 14 days of delivery. Please email sales@mycharmstory.co.uk. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Item must be in original condition and packaging.
How much is postage to UK
We are pleased to offer free postage to addresses in the UK. We use Royal Mail. You can pay to have your parcel tracked. It costs £2.95.
Do you ship internationally
Not at present but we are looking into this and hope to do so in the near future.
What if my jewellery is faulty
All jewellery is personally inspected before posting. In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please email us at sales@mycharmstory.co.uk
